Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Wash chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper according to taste. Coat chicken with mixture. Place in pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes or until the thickest pieces of chicken are done.
