Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box herb croutons
    2 lb. sausage
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    7 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain well.
    Combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
    Beat with mixer.
    Pour croutons in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer sausage and mushrooms.
    Carefully pour egg mix over top of these layers.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
