Sour Cream Lemon Pie(Makes One 9-Inch Baked Pie Shell) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cornstarch
    5 egg yolks, slightly beaten until smooth
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. lemon juice (fresh lemon)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Blend sugar and cornstarch together.
    In a medium saucepan, add sugar and cornstarch mixture.
    Add beaten eggs and slowly add lemon juice until blended.
    Add lemon rind.
    Add milk; blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened like a thick pudding.
    Be careful and don't scorch bottom.
