Roast In Gravy(No Salt) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 soup can water
    1 beef roast
Preparation
    Brown
    roast
    in
    large skillet.
    Be sure to mix mayonnaise with
    soup,
    then add water to soup mixture.
    Mix well. Pepper roast
    and\tput
    chopped
    onion and pepper over roast. Then
    pour soup mixture over roast.
    Cook over low heat until tender and gravy is thick.
    Add more water, if needed.
