Fish Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets (sole, halibut, haddock or cod)
    pepper
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or fresh shrimp
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cheese sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    lemon wedges
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Thaw fish enough to separate.
    Arrange in a buttered Pyrex baking dish, sprinkle fish with pepper and dot with the butter. Mix the shrimp in the cheese sauce.
    Spread over fish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
    Serve with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs. Makes 4 servings.
