Baby Lima Bean And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baby lima beans
    5 Tbsp. or less brown sugar
    1/2 lb. smoked Polish sausage, sliced
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans water
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard powder
    1 onion, thin sliced
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight; drain.
    Put in clean water; boil 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon baking soda.
    (Watch - don't boil over.) Drain.
    Rinse in clear water; drain.
    Place in large casserole. Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Stir 3 times while baking.
