Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. raw peanuts
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until peanuts pop and turn to honey color.
Add soda, stirring fast, then pour on buttered cookie sheet.
