Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples, unpeeled
2 c. white sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sprinkle sugar over apples and let stand for 1 hour.
This is important.
Then stir in remaining ingredients.
One half of this can be made in 8 x 8-inch pan or entire recipe in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 50 minutes.
