Browned Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 c. raw rice
2 cans beef bouillon or consomme
Preparation

Melt oleo in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; add onions and raw rice. Stir constantly over low heat until onion is cooked.
Pour in undiluted consomme.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour. (Spray casserole dish with Pam first and rice won't stick.)
