Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
3 Tbsp. of the juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix all together. Dump into a greased casserole dish. Melt butter and mix in crackers. Put on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. I usually double this recipe.
