Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    5 slices jalapeno pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 small chopped white onion
    2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil.
    Add the Minute rice. Put lid on pan; remove from fire.
    Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
