Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    dash of garlic salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can lump crab
    2 c. sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add rest of ingredients, except sour cream, cheese and crab, until mixed. Slowly add sour cream. Stir constantly. Add can of crab and sharp Cheddar. Pour in casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
