Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. stew meat
5 medium potatoes
1 bunch carrots
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 envelopes onion soup mix
Preparation

Place meat in bottom of Dutch oven.
Do not brown.
Peel and chop carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces and place on top of meat with vegetables.
Mix soup and dry soup mix together. Spread on top.
Cover and cook for 6 hours at 250\u00b0.
