Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium squash
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation

Pour in casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with 1 package shredded cheese and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
Can be cooked in crock-pot on high about 4 hours.
Add cheese about 15 minutes before serving.
