Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 lb. skinned, boned and stripped chicken breasts
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. snow peas or green beans
    3/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Combine orange juice and cornstarch; mix well.
    Stir in chicken.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate 2 hours. Drain chicken; discard mixture.
    Combine broth and soy sauce; set aside.
