Cauliflower And Bacon Salad(Serves 12; Refrigerates Up To 14 Hours) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
    1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1 small red onion, sliced into thin slices
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over salad.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Toss before serving.
