Betsy Mccall'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. macaroni, uncooked
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until barley tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Make white sauce of melted margarine, flour, onion, mustard and milk. Cook slowly until thick.
    Remove from fire and add 2/3 of grated cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into casserole and cover with cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Reheat at serving time.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
