Potato Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 potatoes (light and red skin are the best)
    5 eggs
    3 Italian sausages
    1 c. cubed Mozzarella or Provolone cheese (or mix)
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Season-All salt (Lawry's is best)
    1 pinch nutmeg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes; set aside.
    Cook Italian sausage and cut into small pieces; set aside.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent and add flour, Season-All salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil. Sauce will be quite thin.
