Cheese Ball 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. finely minced garlic
    finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Have cheeses at room temperature.
    Put all ingredients with the exception of the pecans into a mixer and mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
    Roll into a ball and roll in pecans until well coated.
    Wrap in foil or plastic and let ripen in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
    Leave at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
    Serve with crisp crackers.
