Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 to 5 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
    finely diced onions and celery
    pimento for color
Preparation
    Mix.
    Roll into balls and then roll in finely chopped walnuts. Chill.
    Make approximately 3 to 4 days before using and chill. Flavors better if it sits a few days.
    Don't wrap in plastic as walnuts will become soggy. Use aluminum foil.
    Serve on crackers.
