Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peas
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. crackers
1/2 c. cheese
Preparation

Drain peas.
Pour juice into pan.
Add butter and flour; thicken.
Put peas in baking dish.
Pour juice on peas.
Cover peas with chopped, hard-boiled eggs, then crackers, then cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
