"Goop"(Broccoli-Rice Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. raw rice
    3/4 c. green peppers
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) container Cheez Whiz (light, if preferred)
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (not drained)
    1 small can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. diced celery
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Saute onions, peppers and celery in butter (margarine).
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Combine with cheese, soup and mushrooms.
    Fold in cooked rice.
    Use a 3-quart casserole.
    Can refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
