Fridge Rolls(Keeps Indefinitely) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, salt, sugar and egg (beaten lightly).
    Add 1/2 of flour.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add rest of flour; blend until smooth.
    Cover.
    Let rise at room temperature until double in size.
