Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    In bowl, cut up shortening, flour and salt until mixture is beaded.
    Add beaten egg, ice water and vinegar.
    Pull mixture together with pastry mixer (or fork).
    Knead just to get in a ball.
    Place in refrigerator for easy handling.
