Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round or chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes (large)
1 can creamed corn
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
1 c. yellow corn meal
1 scant c. milk
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook meat in skillet until brown. Add chopped onion, creamed corn, tomatoes and olives. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix the yellow corn meal with the milk. Add to mixture.
Stir and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Garnish with grated Cheddar cheese.
