Green Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped green onions
    6 Tbsp. butter
    46 oz. can chicken broth
    2 c. Coffee-mate
    2 potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, broccoli or asparagus
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Bring broth to boil.
    Add other ingredients, vegetable last.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
