Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried, minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 or 3 drops Louisiana hot sauce (more if you like it really hot!)
Preparation

Brown the ground beef in Dutch oven. Drain fat.
Return pan to medium-low heat and add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally.
After 20 minutes, remove from heat.
Allow to cool and store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Reheat to serve over hot dogs!
Yields about 4 cups of chili.
