Smoked Oyster Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) can smoked oysters
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain oysters and puree in food processor or blender.
    Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
    Mix in wine, mustard and sage.
    Form into a ball shape.
    Cover and chill overnight or until firm.
    Combine walnuts and parsley.
    Roll pate in mixture to coat. Serve with crackers or French bread.
