Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 small box Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
Preparation

Saute onions in butter in a saucepan until tender.
Sprinkle with flour.
Stir in bouillon dissolved in 2 cups hot water.
Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Stir in milk gradually.
Add seasonings and broccoli with cooking liquid, mixing well.
Makes 10 servings.
