Cheese Vegie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup water; add the rest of the water and mix in
    all vegetables (frozen), onions and hash browns. Cover and simmer
    30
    minutes.
    Add
    cheese, milk and soup.
    Stir over medium heat until all the cheese melts.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish
    with
    Durkee fried onion rings. Serve with warm croissants.
