Tater Tot And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
approximately 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag Tater Tots (enough to completely cover casserole)
salt and black pepper
garlic powder
Preparation

Brown beef and drain off fat.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Next layer onions.
Spread soup over onions.
Cover with shredded cheese and place Tater Tots, side by side, over cheese.
Sprinkle garlic powder over Tater Tots. Bake in moderately hot oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until Tater Tots are browned.
