Amaretto Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sliced almonds
    1 qt. half and half
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. almond extract
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and place in medium bowl.
    Pour on half and half.
    Cover bowl and let stand for 1 hour.
