Crackling Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pack cracklings
3 c. plain corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/3 c. water
salt to taste
Preparation

If cracklings are large, put in blender or food processor until they are chopped in small pieces.
Mix cracklings with corn meal, flour and salt.
Add water until mixture is of desired consistency. Pour in baking dish.
Bake until brown.
