Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. pumpkin
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs thoroughly.
Add sugar, pumpkin, flour, soda and cinnamon.
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Spread batter on waxed paper-lined pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Lay clean towel on table.
Flip cake onto towel.
Peel off paper and roll cake up while hot.
Let cool.
Unroll cake and spread the following filling.
