Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, mashed
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine first nine ingredients; mix well.
    Beat the eggs puffy, fold into carrot mixture.
    Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Turn out onto a warm platter.
    Fill center with warmed sweet English peas. Garnish outside ring with parsley.
    Serves 8 to 12.
