French Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Topping
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter, cooled
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease muffin pans.
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in mixing bowl; set aside.
In another bowl beat eggs; stir in butter and milk.
Add liquid ingredients all at once to flour mixture.
Stir only until flour is moistened.
Fill cups 2/3 full.
Bake about 15 minutes or until done.
