Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter or oil. Add other ingredients and simmer until thick.
    Serves 6.
