Pumpkin Bread With Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil, or 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla
3-1/2 c. flour (all whole wheat or combo of your choice)
1/2 c. walnuts, or more if desired
1-2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, or chocolate chips, optional
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and beat for 3-5 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
