Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Beat egg with wire whisk and mix in water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture and combine thoroughly.
    Makes at least 5 pie crusts.
    May be put into pie plate (ready to bake).
    Cover well and freeze until needed.
