Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat 2 inches of oil in heavy skillet (350\u00b0).
    Pour 1/2 cup of batter in funnel into hot oil.
    Turn when golden brown, about 2 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
