Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, boiled and drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes in a large bowl. Add chopped onion, pepper and black olives. Add the oil, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
    Mix together. Add eggs last, cut into wedges.
