Applesauce Nut Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 c. raisins
    1 3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Sift flour and spices together.
    Mix into applesauce mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch pan sprayed with Pam spray.
    Bake 1 hour; cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Let cool several hours or overnight for easier slicing.
