Peanut Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    2 1/2 c. uncooked oats, quick or old-fashioned
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and peanut butter together in large skillet over low heat.
    Add
    oats, peanuts and brown sugar.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring
    constantly,
    5
    minutes or until golden brown. Spread
    on\t ungreased
    cookie
    sheet;
    cool.
    Chill. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
