Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unbaked pie crusts
1 1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cut pecans
Preparation
-
Butter crust before putting in filling.
Beat eggs and add other ingredients as listed.
Save out some pecans to even out on top of pies.
Cook on bottom shelf of oven at 300\u00b0.
Shake to see if done.
If browning too fast, put aluminum foil over top.
