Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 medium onions, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Stir and fry beef until lightly browned.
Add onions and celery.
Stir and brown.
Add other ingredients.
Cover and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour.
May be served on rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
