Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. table molasses
2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and butter to crumbs using a pastry blender.
Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
