Angel Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites to peaks, add remaining ingredients, mixing by hand.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip.
