Delicious Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can asparagus
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk (or use liquid from asparagus and add enough milk to make 1 c.)
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter; remove from heat.
    Blend in flour.
    Add salt and milk.
    Return to heat; cook slowly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    In casserole dish, layer asparagus and sliced egg, then sauce. Repeat.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    (Crushed Ritz crackers or Rice Krispies may be put on top of added appeal.)
