Ingredients

6 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. salt (pinch)
Preparation

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Pour into ice cream freezer can.
Add milk to \"fill\" line.
Crank until thickened.
Cover and let set 30 minutes.
Serve.
