Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chicken and rice soup
3 cans water
1/2 c. rice
5 pork chops
flour (enough for batter)
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water
3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Bring to boil soup and 3 cans water; add rice.
Cover and simmer.
Set aside.
Cut pork chops into small pieces.
Salt and pepper.
Dip pork into mixture of water and mustard, then roll in flour and fry in cooking oil in skillet until brown.
Add pork to rice mixture, cooking slowly until done.
